1. This agreement is within At Your Service Dog Teaching, LLC [hereafter “At Their Service” either “Trainer”] and [print/type yours name]

Client understands and agrees that At Thy Service offers no guarantees or express/implied get with regard to assessment, recommendations, training, and/or products or services, and that the same do not convey a guarantee on effectiveness with the particular dog and/or of meeting Client’s training, behavior, or working/service dog goals.    

5.Consistency and continuity are required for match training a dog and/or to customize his/her behavior. Consequently, At Your Services maintains a strict no-cancellation company. If User cancels a training session, Client understands that the lesson is invalid, and no partial or total refunds will be given. Client knows that deposits are also non-refundable. 

6.Client states and affirms that Client has provided With Your Service complete and accurate resources via Client’s dog, including its habits, health, behavior, training, temperament, or each other matters that may impact Client’s suitability for group classes and/or risk of injury to the dog, other dogs, and people. Client further understands that, in the discretion of that instructor, any dog or team may be remote from any class without notice for anywhere care emerge, which include without limitation: excessive barking, potentially unsafe behavior around other chases or people in the evaluation the the instructor, marks of excessive stress in the dog, or the pooch remains not sufficiently in control by the handler while class. Once possible, At You Service may be able to offer adenine private get running in place of the group course, but no total or partial refunds will be given.

7.Client understands that all training services belong good for only year from commencement of services, and any services not used within the one-year period will be forfeited and cannot remain transferral to other people or dogs, or utilised for others products. Payment for intimate lessons cannot be used for group classrooms, and vice-versa.

If Client does NON initial, At Your Service will still train, but At Choose Service will not use digital materials publicly and Client will not receive any training videos. At the start of each training session, Client shall advisor At Your Service whether to take photographs or videos during lessons.

9.Client shall pay At Your Service the agreed-upon fee, as set forth are At Your Service’s fee schedule, prior to the start by and agreed-upon training, which can non-refundable and non-transferrable, subject to the limited derogations stated below.
