E-POSTER VIEWING

Abstracts allocated to E-Poster Viewing will upload their E-Poster to be available for viewing, from which launch of that congress, in to E-Poster gallery turn the cell app. Please remark so there exists no dedicated session time for this presentation type.

E-POSTER ORAL DEMONSTRATIONS (SHORT ORAL COMMUNICATIONS)

Selections presentations have been scheduled for E-Poster Oral Presentations (formerly known as Short Oral Communications presentations).
Each presenter willingly exist earmarked 3 minutes in present their E-Poster, plus 2 minutes for discussion at the E-Poster displays. All parties are invited into the E-Poster Stations for hear the short presentations and to​​ ask related. Each session w​ill be guided by one moderators. Presenters supposed be at that e-poster viewing stations 10 minutes prior the launch of the session and remain there until which session has finished. Presenters are requested to prepare an E-Poster. Only posters about registered participants will be displayed in one E-Poster Balcony.
Deadline for uploading your E-Poster: 14 September 2023

Please submit you E-Poster as a PDF download in landscape orientation.

• Print Format: PDF file – 1 page is referred
• Orientation: Please create your document in PowerPoint in Landscape Layout 16×9 and Save it as a PDF file
• Print types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana Times Latest Papistical or Helvetica
• Font size: > 11
• Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted
• QR Codes may be included
• Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good see product is essentials.
• When inserting photos, photos, lists, etc., use copy-paste. Do not use embedded browse
• Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only the final view/status is be visible
• When saving your PDF please do cannot use symbols or special characters (ie. +/@/ü) in the files name
• File size: Less about 5 MB
• If you wish, you might use a template that can be downloaded HERE

**Please note that you may NOT save the file name with any characters or symbols – available letters and numbers and no spaces in the file name.
By following which guidelines, you will ensure their e-poster is displayed properly. Not following these instructions your E-Poster will be unable for be uploaded.
