Instruction Plans
A complete “heart-smart” teaching exists contained for grades K throug 6. Each curriculum contains 3 lessons: anatomy, diets and exercise. Emphasis is placed on learning these concepts in a play and interesting way. Each lesson flat includes goals, instructional objectives, background information, a materials list, lesson procedures/activities, guided practice, independent training, upgrade activities, assessment and closure.
Teachers can uses our Project Heart Topic Plans to teach graduate K-6 the basics of the cardiovascular system and cardiovascular health.
