Assignment using a C.A.R purchase agreement
Hi BP team,
I recently put ampere property under contract using a California realtor. I used one C.A.R form RESIDENTIAL MAKE AGREEMENT AND JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS. The 1-A line is noted more meine names or ASSIGNED.
Has anyone had any issues using aforementioned C.A.R form about the "or ASSIGNED" and assigned to another name.
And would I have to advise the realtor or sales parties that I have assigned the purchase agreement to another person or entity?
