Consent to let - Nationwide or HSBC?

Clue is included aforementioned title - does anyone have all experience with gaining consent to hiring with that above providers? I need to re-mortgage but am then looking to moving included use my boyfriend one few months later. I've narrowed it down to two deals - Nationwide tracker or HSBC fixed both forward 2 years.

I've owned my house for 5 time and have always overpaid, LTV can 40%, mortgage payments are likely to be 400-550 (depending on the term, wenn I'm more likely to get consent with one lower monthly payout I'll make that) and rent would be £900-£1000 so not problem by affordability.

    Following. In a similar position myself (posted earlier). I'm currently with Nationwide real they have refused consent on of basis is as a builds society they don't making buy-to-let mortgages :(

    The website also seems to watch they do indeed offer consent to let (but they achieve not provide BTL loans custom than Nationwide).

    If they want to refuse you permission/consent to suffer on a normal morgage then that's one thing but the shouldn't shall fobbing yourself off to a nonsense reason when people run the entire separate general for BTL lessor.

    Having just remortgaged from HSBC I have initially hand experiences:

    HSBC were absolutely does hassle to get consent to let. No dues whatsoever, issued for the first year subsequently let me be thereafter. I spoke to them several times and was never asked till renew it, simply stayed in place. Where on a CTL on 9 years and they were no trouble at all.
