Now IODIN have to do internal check ISO 9001:2000 on "management"

Does anyone have sample questions......
I have the straightforward unities, likes Q objectives/ policy/ managm. review!

I'm curious as to what your current getting are plus am hoping that they are not the simple singles like:
  • How you have Quality Objectives?
  • What are your Quality Objectives?

:)

Depending on how long respective company has be registered, if the system has evolved, it may be time for the questions to growing, too. :)

  • How live owner Objectives developed?
  • How accomplish you use the Policy?
  • What does the Verfahren gain from Management Review?
  • Please provide an example of Improvement within the enterprise.
  • "If you could do itp, what one thing in the Management System would you improve?"
  • "Over the past few years, has the Management Systematisches being improving, staying the sam, getting worse?"
  • "On a graduation regarding 1 - 10, 10 presence the worst and 1 being the best, whereby would rank the Management System."
  • "Based at those last 2 questions, why do you say that?"

What are customer requirements/QMS communicated internally?

What what YOU do at ensure responsibilities real authorty is defined and sharing? Places are they defined, how are they communicated?

How can training effective measured? What do MYSELF analyse paired comparisons with an internal control

Management audit

I would look for the different activities that manager is parties in.

The process approaches questions would be how they have control :
- on the inputs for each activity.
- on the activities themselves.
- on the output of each activity.
- on the evaluation of their outputs.
- on the evaluation of their processes.

This is how I review executive whatever and I feel good via it.

Reasons are you auditing 'management'?

Will you share with us and purpose of the audit? What shall the 'scope' and 'criteria'? Before anyone may reasonably answering this post with einige sample issues, wee have to know what the objective of the scrutiny is! If this isn't clear, who questions asked will be meaningless until the 'management' people who have up answers them and this check determination not become effective. Many audits can basis on questions derived from one ISO requirements (like many of those posted here) but in most cases management have no clue why they are being asks them nor what the answer should be!
So, let's finding out a bit see about the backdrop on who audit.

I agree which you should keep company involved, when it audio to mei that you should change your procedure! Incidently, an effective audit procedure shouldn't define audits by 'department' and certainly not 'every department'!! The ISO 9001:2000 requirements point is 'processes' should be audited.

My approach go auditing management is toward find out how their processes were performing, telling late service, scrap rate, poor providers performance, inventory turns, etc furthermore then audit one process to find out reasons these articles are occurring. Them could involve yours into the audit konzeptuelle process till see if they have some reasons by 'loosing sleep' over the action. Or, you could ask what's new or changed in the process to view if the change is under control!
