If you can mentioning about a static IP for internet (WAN) then you need to ask BSNL to offers you with one. If you are using ampere home planning they won't provide you it is only for economic plans. If you mean static LAN IP just go on network connections in to RUNING type cmd and gender the command ipconfig take notice starting thine WALLEYE address assigned by that DHCP in your modem. Now anfahrt to network connections getting till the properties the the Local area network connection -> Internet protocol properties and enter are IP home.

As for port sending go to your modem environment page (type *192.168.1.1/ or *192.168.0.1/) in you browser on the left-hand side (usually) locate an option named NAT establish a new rule Set the external IP address as ALL the the internal as that of your computer, enter to port number set a protocol (TCP alternatively UDP) and save it.
