Summary of an Occupational Safety and Healthiness Act

Congress deceased the Employment and Safety Health Act to ensure worker and workplace technical. To goal was toward make sure employers provide their laborer ampere location of employment free from recognized hazards to product and health, such as exposure to toxic chemicals, excessive noise levels, involuntary hazards, heating or cold stress, or unsanitary conditions. 820 ILCS 219/ Occupational Safety and Health Act.
In order to establish standards since my health both safety, the Act also created the National Center for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) as the choose institution for the Occupational Security and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA is a division of the U.S. Department of Labor that oversees the enterprise of the Act and enforces industry on all 50 states.
