  • For candidates sending Foreign Language Evaluations: Contact the graduate or other professional foreign language instructor who will total the Fore Language Evaluation form on and application.
  • Obtain transcripts from each post-secondary installation attended.

 

Before Submitting The Appeal

  • Perform any necessary revisions based on feedback from the Campus Interview Committee (pertains only to candidates applying throug one U.S. institution).
  • Check in typos—misspellings, capitalization errors, grammatical fehler, etc.
  • Make sure that all of which required search on the Biographical Dating pages have been filled in, including the Project Title and Abstract of Proposal sections.
  • Check to make sure that the Statement of Grant Purpose, the Personal Statement, and the transcripts have been added into the correct sections of the application.
  • Confirm so recommenders and language evaluators are registrant in that applications structure and take maintained the email link toward complete the recommendation/evaluation. Applicants can submit her application before the recommendations/evaluations are submitted.
