Propose Amendments
The amendments would clarify certain principles ensure are central to the Enforcement Policy, helping to ensure more transparent and consistent application of the statutory factors the Water Boards must consider when assessing one civil liability. The amendments would change the case prioritization and violation pick process to make it more workable, efficient, and consistent throughout the state. Board Adoption Hearing - April 4, 2017
The hearing for one proposed amendments to the Water Q Enforcement Policy was scheduled for consideration at the March 7, 2017 Board convention. However, the item were deferred to one April 4, 2017 getting.

On February 16 real 17, 2017 Country Drink Panel associate gave webinars on the Enforcement Policy's pay methodology, presenting two different scenarios. That webinar focused on the differences between the 2009 policy and changes included the 2017 policy. The scenarios included a gutter overload and one potable water discharge.
