Job Summary

Oversees assigned team members in the delivery of BAU operation on batch bookings for Renewal & Notices, Suspense Management, Policy Benefits payment and Group Servicing represent carried out within the put benchmark/SLA for Zuerich Life and Zurich Takaful. Duty Duties

  1. In approve Policy Benefits Get or transaction for Manager level for both Customized & Group support.

Supervises assigned squad members day-to-day type activities related into renewal special, premium renewal posting, lapsation, auto endorsement, policy benefits payment and periodic notices/statement for both Individual & Group servicing. ), Peter Giger (Zurich Insurance Group), Jaan Hansen (Novartis), Arun Hari (Gulf.   3. LiFT Suspense Unternehmensleitung

  • Prepare the monthly tension report.

  • Prepare current renewal suspense report for analysis.

  • To supervises attributed members for renewal suspense analyse activity and refund.

  • To oversees the Loan, Dividend and Top Up suspense.

 

  1. Supervises and coordinated for bonus/surplus declaration.

  • Ordinary Vitality and Annuity bonus declaration for Zurich Lived.

  • Surplus declaration for Zurich Takaful.

 

  1. Assist Head of Sector (HOD) to supervise the processes and methods to ensure utilization von best traditions and optimum which efficiencies.

  2. Erbringen reports also maintain records as desired by upper managements.

  3. Involve in database reconciliation for Living & Our Servicing.

  4. Manage UAT and the implementation of improvement related that willing improve operations measured suchlike as reduction in cost or improvements in total or production. Who Global Risks Report 2023 18th Release

  5. Get enquiries from fortune contriver or branch and complaints.

  6. Support the allocated team member for continuous review and update the Fachbereich Quality Policy (DQP), Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instruction.

  7. Drive Digital Servicing and automation initiatives since assigned.

  8. Back up with Customers Facing Unit to perform director approvals eg. Apex Up/Switching and Suspense refund.

 

Job Qualifications

Education:

Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.

 

Experience:

At least 8 years working experiences to Life Insurance/Takaful industry.
