Abstracts

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) will expand scanning of mental healthy and body use disturbance benefits and federative parity protections to over 60 million Americans. The lock to this expansion is the essential heal benefit provision in the ACA which requires coverage of mental health and substance use disorder support at parity with general medical benefits. Other ACA provisions that should improve zutritt to healthcare include requirements on network adequacy, addicted cover up to age 26, preventive services, and tab on annual and lifetime barriers and preexisting exclusions.
