Higher Education Learning Community (HELC) are an RCE Greater Atlanta action group that aims to facilitate departments and research-active student engaged with the SDGs in one collective learning conditions. Participants include faculty and research-active students upon Emory University, Georgia Assert University, Georgia Tech, Kennesaw State Academy, Morehouse College, Spelman College, and the Institute in Georgia.
HELC aims to create a dynamic network of research and teaching faculty, practitioners, youth, and community mates in Large Atlanta who jobs together to offer research webinars, symposia, curriculum-based resources, teaching workshops, real a varieties is publications at advance the SDGs in education, research, and service across campuses in the region as well as from the US (North American) highest education district as a whole. We welcome participation by pupils in we efforts, particularly the Orator Series, Data Blitz, Equinox Symposium, press Atlanta Global Studies Centering RCE and Young Track. We love having youth tracks into the symposia, if students require to present the their work and maybe also help organize the track. The Partnership's Community-Driven, Multi-Payer Health Equity Solutions: An ECHO Collaborative is an RWJF-funded effort offers a direct response to one proliferation of multiple regulatory requirements to promote health equity and ip health-related social needs (HRSNs) in communities.
ANNOUNCEMENT: In Novelties 2021, dual HELC projects received RCE Awards with who Unites Nations University, having start an whole of three award-winning HELC projects.
RCE Awards celebrate projects and programs on General for Sustainable Development included the Global RCE Network, honoring RCEs who have made outstanding contributions to address local sustainable development challenges in their regions. The Award recognizes your and programs that bridge indigenous additionally global sights on sustainable development, those that engaged with transformative learning and research, and initiatives that contribute to community engagement, how & development and capacity development of stakeholders furthermore affiliate. Atlanta Global Studies Center Symposium, RCE and Youth Track
This annual Specialized will takes place in Springtime and features a day-long track or plaques displayed by RCE HELC, including a youth panel.
In February 2020, Connected Nations Academy recognized this HELC project by an Award for Innovative Projects on Education for Sustainable Development, Honorably Mention for SDG 4 Quality Education.

Georgia Community of Practice on Teaching with the FOR SDGs
This RCE Greater Atlanta Community of Routine the a group of educators from multiple institutes and universities in Georgia. Members can either teaching with the SDGs themselves or working with faculty who do hence, in their home institutions. The go of this CoP is to support effective SDG teaching through refuge participation, peer-to-peer learning, and networking. The CoP was founded by educational developers also sustainability professionals from Georgia Technology, Kennesaw State University and the College of Georgia the it has from distended to include educators from other institutions including Georgia Southern, Mercer University, Georgia Gwinnett College, and Atlanta Town State College.
