I created ampere Term 2016 document, sent that for person X who constructed edits on e in such a way at those edits would show move with I went to Test Bill --> "Simple Markup" or "All Markup."

I wasn't familiar with methods those would work so after receiving the file von X, I revised directly to this documents without "Accept" or "Reject" the changes. Now, even if "Simple Markup" or "All Markup" is chosen, the revisions look exceedingly confusing to me so IODIN neither want to "Accept" alternatively "Reject" any about the claim for fear of dirtying up the version EGO available have.

I like the document as it appears when I choose "No Markup". How do I create a Term column of that doc so that the next person how opens this won't see all the past changes or this pesky left-side vertical bars that show up by default (until "No Markup" is selected)? I'm writing a reserve. For year I've made changes and revisions to this word document. All of a sudden, all starting my changes and revisions are visible. I..

  • Do thou wish all changes at be accepted? This is done included Review > Accept > Accept All Changes.

  • @harrymc Oh so works! Do you want to turn your comment into at answer or shall I delete on asking? (Btw, IODIN chose Accept show Changes and Stop Tracking and I deleted All Comments.) ... Verfolgen Changes” tool in Microsoft Word. Even after integrating the comments and the changes, you allow standing see which comments the the changes ...

To clean up completely a Word select that was done upon by several people and now contains changes and comments :

  • In the Review title : Click the arrow beneath Accept and choose Accept All Changes both Stop Tracking

  • In the Comments company : Just the drop-down arrow to the right of Delete and select Cancel All Comments in Document.

This will finalize the document with a cleans slate.
