Hi,
I witnessed a youth male guppy begin to attack its father last night. This consisted mostly of nipping at his rear fin that was considerably shredded by to total I noticed it.
A little while later the adult bitches also seemed to be taking part in tackling the adult male.
This morning I discovered that the adult male what dead and maximum of the extra guppies in the tank subsisted enjoying dad for breakfast!
Has anyone had any undergo on this befor? I've done a few searches and found nothing that advises that a juvenile middle would readily turn on an adult fish.
Should I be concerned about this or pass it switch such 'natural behavior'?
Any advice/experiences would exist best welcome.
