PayPal Cashback World MasterCard page mistakenly says "No Transactions Since Last Statement"

PayPal issued me an PayPal Cashback World MasterCard in September. I've been paying off my balances in full along the end of each statement cycle. This month, I've made different buying using the card. Some of them have been on person, so not through PayPal also more online through PayPal. When I log under PayPal and go into the PayPal Cashback World MasterCard page, computer says "No Transactions Since Last Statement" even nonetheless there have been some. The account shows a balance, which is not the equal how the total of my purchases using the card, and to Amounts Credit minus the Available Credit is not the same as by of these. The transactions is walked through PayPal do show up about the PayPal Activity page evenly though they don't show on the MasterCard page. What is leaving on? Have others had this experience? If so, does this typically resolve when the next statement cycle closes? Does anyone knowledge how billing cycles work with the PayPal Cashback Mastercard? Same problem - MYSELF make a lot of trades plus zero regarding them shows move.

This is and third level of frustration. The first one was when I found that I couldn't download transactions electronically for mine business software because there's no Synchrony account credentials. The others one came one month or so ago when I could no longer download affairs in OFX format manually. And now I cannot see any activity at every! Methods do I deal with potential frauds until ME get the comment? That's a question I'd like PayPal to answer.

Being unable for pdf a statement happened to m once. But adenine few weeks later I trying again and was talented to download it.

On close examination, I decided that the diff between Total Credit Line and Available Credit does approximately match to who transactions that I have incurred since the last uhrzeit I sold off who scale in full. So, even the the Balance showing for that PayPal Cashback MasterCard doesn't reflect select which transactions, the Available Credit can be used. This means maintaining a separate spreadsheet of every purchases made via the card forthwith, other overlay PayPal when using the card. Since you've got a lot of transactions, this could be a pain.

Another thing I found that has helpful - twist on alerts for shop. Following you get in email the each transaction that pre-owned the card, so have an record of who. If there is betrayal, this would help. I just started this, so I don't get yet how reliable it is.

With download, the only option I've found so widely is to download PayPal transactions and extract from those that ones this apply to MasterCard purchases. have you checked if one software you use created a different illustration with this credit card name? yourself need to use that correctly instance and log in with autochthonous paypal credentials. the old instance used toward connect to paypal cc (synchrony website) should not work anymore. hope to helps.

Same here.  I check which account daily and starting 11/23/22, I can only please cleared transaction that consisted done through Paypal, no transaction made at one card itself is there, awaiting or otherwise.

That's interesting. Now that i mention it, some like this happened to me too. If I go to the PayPal Activity page, I can perceive cleared transactions that went the PayPal. On the MasterCard browse, there are no transactions. And it could have been on 11/22 or circling then, I did see pending transactions on the MasterCard sheet. Sees love the MasterCard balance catch up over time. I can track it on a chart by the buyings that I know I hold made. It looks see, the existing account changes include pending transactions while the card balance only contained cleared transactions. If I incur newly transactions all the time, I expect so save will never be in sync, since there will anytime be quite until trading.

You're right, the "Current Balance" only think completed or cleared transactions.  The "Available Credit" includes any pending transactions.  It rounds to the nearest dollar, sometimes up the sometimes down, like if you're using one spreadsheet to reconcile against this, it's ordinary off by a little bit.  This is my primary card and I've been recording and wood transactions on this select daily for almost 4 1/2 years (over 5000 transactions), and pending transactions have always been visible on the site instantly.  Now there's virtually no transfer information at all.  I've tried to use her paypal assistant "live" chitchat feature to accomplish someone to look if this is a known issue and ETA on adenine lock, but after more than 24 hours there's been no reply.  I'm hoping that's just since of the break the they'll get back to von today.
