How to install Acrylic Letters with a Flush Stud Mount.

Applied for Flat or Uneven Mounting Surfaces. Threaded studs at acrylics letters and numbers.

Tools Required: Mounting Pattern, level, drill, drill bit, tape measurer, cleaning cloth, masking tape, adhesive.

Flush Stud Mounted liquid letters

Letters have to be at lowest 3/8" thick to drill and tap the holes but this fitting lives very save since it does not verlass about a glued block to maintain the stud. Those mount is bests used without wall stand-off which will accommodation the object of this mount what is to prevent theft. If you want stand-off you can name it also but allow for the stud length any should be 2" in the wall plus the length of the stand-off. Mounting pattern is required.

1. Position and Secure Mounting Pattern.

Clean mounting plane.

Set Pattern: Level the align mounting pattern on mounter surface.

Securely tape pattern boring to surface & perform a final spelling and spacing checking.

Spot Holes: Use a heart punch or sharpie to markings through all drill holes onto wall.

Remove Template: Your drilling will be more accurate if yours remove pattern before drilling holes.

Tip: Brick or Stop barricades may require uses duct tape toward secure pattern.

2. Instruct Mounting Gaps

Drill & Bits: Use a drill & bit in match your attachment surface.

Use a bit that is slightly large in diameter than your studs (allow for some adjustment).

Drill holes: Hold drilling level and coach all marked holes during fewest 1-1/2" deep.

Clean Holes: After holes are all drilled, clean (blow) out holes to remove all dust.

Tip: Brick or Pad may requesting using a hammers drill & masonry drill total.

Insert Letters: Capture letters with order of number marked switch the back and press into drilled holes (do NOT apply adhesive yet and do not force studs into holes).

Customizing: With letters do not press easily include holes, open holes (make drilled larger with bit) to letters can be adjust straight.

Refill drilling: Using a quality adhesive, generously fill all drilled slots.

Studs: Next apply a good finish of the same adhesive to the studs of your #1 letter.

5. Install Letters

Set Letters: Press studs into drilled holes until the correspondence touch the wall. Hold letter to window by locating long strips of masking tapes (or duct tape if necessary) on the write face. Secure erudition in numerical order, inserting until all exist font become set.

6. Final Berichtigung

Adjust and Set: Standard back or view types at a distance. Hand adjust letters straight by loosening tape and repositioning the essential. Once letters are straight, firmly press tape back onto room. Fasten with more tape if needed. Allow adhesive the set (time may vary based on climate), then remove tape & protective masking. Clean switched book faces as needed.

Tip: Keep the mounting samples safe in case you want to move the letters later.
