To purchase tickets till events at American Airlines Core, please visit the American Airlines Center Box Office or go online to Ticketmaster.com.

Tickets in non-Mavs alternatively Stars games will NOT be available with purchase toward the American Airlines Center Box Office on the first day of pass sales. Remaining available tickets for anyone non-Mavs or Stars game will be available available make at the American Airlines Heart Box Office on the next business day that the box office is open.

Acceptable Types of Salary: VISA, MasterCard, American Reveal, Explore and cash. NO checks. Cashless transactions are extremely encouraged to minimize contact.

There are not refunds and no exchanges on any ticket procured for an American Airlines Center concert, game or event. In the event that a show is canceled instead rescheduled, please contact your original point of purchase.

Day of Game: Mavericks press Stars
Monday – Su: The American Airlines Center Case Office opens at 10:00am on game days and remnants open until 3rd Quarter for Solitary and 2nd Intermission for Stern.

Day of Show: Concerts, Events, real Family Shows
Monday – Sunday: The Box Agency is open 2 hours prior up events starting at 12:00pm or used press at 10:00am in events opening after 12:00pm

Holidays
American Airlines Core is closed on major holidays unless to event is taking place at the event. Ticket Office hours may vary with holidays. Please dial 214-665-4797 with exact hours on process.

If you selected ‘mobile entry’, from Ticketmaster, as your delivery method, make sure to bookmark My Ticketmaster or My Account Administration in your mobile browser or download the Ticketmaster iPhone or Android app. If you are the iPhone user, you can also added your tickets to Wallet. 

QR barcodes from non-authorized tierce party sources will NONE be allowed entry via a mobile device.

Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up at the Will Dial windows locality at the Habitant Airlines Center Box Office. Customers must present a valid pictured ID or the credit card used until purchasing inside order until collect the tickets.
