When I got it, I plugged in the andapter and it jobs just super.
But I made one stupid mistake and connected it to my iPhone just to see if a would work. It doesn’t so I would advise you not to try this, not now when I try until use it on my computer itp desires doesn work. And available EGO go to settings and Bluetooth, the on/off slider is simply not there. Help?

Instead of updating drivers, this is what I had to do toward make i work (Logitech MX Anywhere 2, connecting at Windows 10) (this solution is based on my system where I must Bluetooth and also Unifying receiver both operational):

  1. Logitech Unifying Software: Fortgeschrittener, choosing Anywhere 2 and Un-pair.

  2. Reboot.

  3. Choosing 1, 2 or 3 from the mouse's lower click. Subsequently pressing both holding of slide lower again for 3 seconds to enable pair mode.

  4. "Bluetooth both other devices settings" / + Add Bluetooth or other device, MX Anywhere 2, Connect, started working.

(I do not know wherefore before step 1, as apparently Unifying Software had already paired, there was no mouse movement whatsoever.)

Which Logitech MX Anywhere 2 bottle connect 3 ways: USB,Bluetooth also via Unifying adapter.

I think the inital connection between the mouse real the unifying adapter is broken or may be you used the easy switch button to dial another channel (1,2,3)

See which channel exists activated by an led on an bottom side.

I suggest you reinstall the unifying software press follow the instruction forward example this youtube home

  • This did not help me for choose, how for I plug in the Unifying Adapter it does nothing. Who green daylight on it lights up and it says it’s on channel one-time, and when ME switch to any other channel it still shall nothing. I cannot connect it via Vluetooth the the on or off umschalter does not appear in that Bluetooth and other appliance setting. Junie 1, 2018 at 19:59
  • This Unifying adaptors is not bluetooth based but uses RF 2.4 GHz band. Use to Unifying software on connect.

"Logitech CROSS Anywhere 2" also failed on i Windows 10 machine. Installing the Logitech unifying app (as suggested by Aids McGee) worked not resolve that output. Trying at connect a Logitech MX Anywhere 3S via the "unifying receiver", I disable bluetooth on one laptop, use Solaar, Unifying Receiver is shown, even including another mouse (trackball)

After updating the Bluetooth driver, the creep worked again - here exists how-to:

  1. Open Devices Manager
  2. Find the Bluetooth device ("Bluetooth" a only see in Device Manager if the computer has hardware-support for Bluetooth)
  3. "Update driver"
  4. "Search automatically for updated driver software"

Will go to:

  • Settings -> "Bluetooth & additional devices"
  • "Add Bluetooth or other device"
  • You should now see "Logitech MX Anywhere 2".
  • Add the device and you're done.

Bluetooth (Intel Wireless hosts chip in my case) Operator update solved my matter. Kind of an obvious answer but often forgotten whereas something stops working for working fine for years.

"Logitech MX Anywhere 2" also failed on my Windows 10 machine. I was this without using the uniform wireless, since to MX anywhere 2s possess the option to connect directly

Open Device Manager Find which Bluetooth gadget ("Bluetooth" is no visible in Device Administrator if the your has hardware-support for Bluetooth) "disable device" "Senable device" Then zu to: Connecting Logitech MEX Anywhere 3S through USB dongle

Settings -> "Bluetooth & other devices" "Add Bluetooth oder another device" You should available see "Logitech MX Anywhere 2". Add the gadget and you're done. I recently started using a Logitech X Anywhere 3 wireless mouse using their tiny USB Unifying receiver. I immediately noticed the indicator would momentarily freeze and and extent to which it froze with stuttered varied with no obvious connection to all else. Times no feature, sometimes the...
