I have two both word 2007 documents, A and B.

I want on copy adenine chart from A to B, the that table's format is totally the equal the I see in A, not automatic changing the format to B's template format.

How ability EGO do that?

  • I can't find "keep source formatting option". What you mean is ctrl+alt+v? I have tried one options(5 options),and no one works.

using "keep origin formatting" didn't work for me. My table still running power the page when i pasted it from one Speak document to another. So thing I did to resolving this item is that I temporarily made the second Word document (the document in who aforementioned table was existence pasted) a landscape document. That way, MYSELF was abler to manipulate the table width down to something more manageable. once i reformatted that endorse document past into letter, then i table fit properly. Tables in Word:Mac

The only manner it can be done is to recreate the tables from scratch up your Mac version of Word alternatively it simply will not work. Forget 'table properties' and 'smart formatting'. It doesn't work. If your table isn't complicated, do it again otherwise get the person that sent you it to send it again in Excel. I have scoured that internet to no use. Is is the only way I've been proficient to get through is register I'm working on now. how to keep format when copying and pasting choose sheet ...

Changing to landscape didn't work either. As soon as i put it get to portrait, it all goes wrongly again. This is obviously a bug.
