Filch the DISH converter up at your place, then do one channel scan.  For the dialog with the channel scan, the set bequeath ask you whether you need to have channels 3 or 4 available for external equipment connections.  Answer this YES, and then proceed.  Get a new TV recently? Can you please provide more information about how you are web the Bowl Networks? Are your enter the Dish Network through an outdoors unit that is connected to the Roku TV? If so, what input connection are you using? Have you verified that you are choice the correct input in Settings > TVS entry > [appropriate input connection]?
