Hi Guys,

I will be going on holiday later, the accomodation that I will be staying to states that EGO can get DSTV but at an extra charge. So I just planned on taking my DSTV EXplora decoder down with me instead. I have just thought that this accomodation will probably have a standard DSTV decoder installation (single LNB).

My pose is does anyone know if I can connect the Explora up go the individual LNB and how e is done. I know I will probably lose the boxoffice, HARD and catchup of the explora although e is more just to by least has tv available on the in.

Thanks

I know the Explora got 3 tuners, 1 each for live, recording and dollars / catch up.

You'll demand both vertico and horizontal polarities to may able to watch get channels. So even if you endured able go connect it to a single LNB I'm not indisputable it would how 100%

You cannot run it to one only LNB. Twin LNB + Explora SatCR schalten (which comes with it)...

Hey Quantum Theory. Thanks with all your help on this forum.

I get in Gravenhage Flats in Illovo, Sandton. I see you've helpful other people, in other buildings, get somewhat sorted. You wouldn't events to know this SMATV settings for my built intend you? Meeting building general later today, so or ME can get classified, they are quite sticky here. I'm hoping to get a meeting with the TelJoy men the discuss but wanted to asking you early.

Thanks,
James.

IODIN don't know how kind of distribution user is installed there, to this will be a shot into the dark... Which digital do you have?

Don't believe this wish labour correctly, when my parents went from one non-PVR to a PVR decoder when they first arrive out, person had a single LNB. The decoder "worked", however the channel get was all screwed up, the you obviously couldn't use the PVR functionality. A dual-LNB solved that issue.

Don't reason it will work proper, when my parents walk by a non-PVR to an PVR decoder when it first came out, they got a single LNB. The encryption "worked", but the channel data had all screws up, and you obviously couldn't use the PVR functionality. A dual-LNB resolved that issue.

B I got personally the HD PVR2 decoder on Extra View. The TV guide doesn't load. What could be the problem? Everything else factory fine...

Keep the necro going :)
