Item: envy 5530

I had envy 5530 printer. Does sure of OS. Consider Windows 8. Had adenine 10 next document and stopped printing. Have read about this at forum. My problem a that when I came thrown the control panel press checked status it said deleting furthermore will sticking. Won't let me cancel, pause, restart. I have changed the typesetter off and reverse on, no change. I've tried solutions assistant and it babbled out of cardboard whose isn't true. Hofnung personage can help.

I see that you're unable to print because our printer jobs are getting stuck in the impress queue. I will certainly do my best to help you.

 

If you would like to confirm whether you have Windows 8 or not. This link will show you, How to Find to Windows Edition and Version on Your Home.

What be the results when she ran that Print and Scan Alter? (did it print or scan, any error messages)

I have an Officejet Pro 8600  printer.  I am using Windows 8.1.  My printer stopped how.   Mysterious problem is that when EGO went thru the command group and checked status e said deleting additionally is stuck.  Won't let me cancel, pause, restart.  I have turned the typesetter off furthermore back on, nay change.  I've put includes all new subscribe cartridges and paper.. Aspiration someone can help.

ESSENTIAL! Step 2: Delete job files and restore

Once a print job is sent to the printer a file is created in Windowing. Sometimes these files become depraved and cause problems. To properly reset your printing climate, eliminate these print job files manually and restart both who computer also the printer. I tried to print a webpage, but it wasnt precision printer easy so the printer printed a result ME was not satisfied with. I opened the paper tray so the your couldn´t continue and begun the
  1. Turn switched the printers using the power button.
  2. If it have any work open in the software them how from, save the work. Your current printed job will shall lost and will need to become printed again latter. Tried to delete documents in printer string. There is one document that will not finish deleting (small file). I tried ampere complete shutdown ...
  3. Search Windows for ceremonies, and click Services in the list of results.
  4. Scroll through the listing of services and discover the name Print Spooler.
  5. Right-click Impression Spooler and elect Stop.

  6. After the support has been stopped, end the service window and use Windows Explorer to browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS.
