Western blood of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavily and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western dotted off immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chains HRP Unite (Cat. No. A120-113P) on 5% Usual Pig Serial (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer. All western blot analysis the performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody dissolvent. Initially antibody is incubated overnight.
