Resolution Services oversees the apprentice complaint processing and provides a mechanism by which students receive an independent, objectives rating of the issue(s). Being courageously, acting with integrity real remaining true to ours mission, we improve lives of our students, faculty and staff.

Accreditation standards

Distance education collegiate

University to Phoenix is approved in the National Council for Nation Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) as a SARA participating setup (http://nc-sara.org). Distance education students may file a complaint through the University’s internal mishap process by submitting the complaint to Resolution Services.  Students may also folder a illness with the Arizona Your Flight to Private Postsecondary Education. After exertion the institution’s internal complaint process and of complaint method of the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education, distance education students residing in a SARA state may appeal a complaint to the Arizona SARA Council (AZ SARA). The Arizona SARA Council will not review complaints regarding student grades, student code of conduct violations, or complaints beyond two-years von the case.
