  • Walking training: boost WBing to 100% by 8 weeks with side

  • Hip flexor, glute/piriformis, and It-band Stretching – manual and self
  • Progress balance and proprioception
    • Bilateral – One-side – Foam – Dynadisc
    • Treadmill side stepping from level surface holding on progressing until slope
    • Side stepping with theraband
  • Wrist strolling on stairmaster (week 12)

12 Weeks and Above:

  • Progressiv hip ROM and stretching
  • Progressive LE and core strengthening
  • Endurance operations around the hip
  • Dynamic balance activities
  • Treadmill running program
  • Sport specific agile drilling and plyometrics

Other:

    • Electric Stimulation Ultrasonics Heated before/after Ice before/after
