OSIIS - Oklahoma Set Immunization Information System

OSIIS collects and maintains accurate, complete, and current immunization records by Oklahomans of all ages (including patient demographics). However, not all clinics participate in OSIIS, therefore OSIIS performs not contain the immunization records of all Oklahomans. At are couple advantageous interactive links to more finish Oklahoma immunization data.

Individual shot records cannot be obtained after the Data Requirement Survey. For shot records, please anfahrt to the OSIIS Publication Portal.

Health Level Septenary (HL7)
