So you are using this for mail merge.
Open to Writer document and hit Ctrl+F9 until the mail merge fields show more like "DatabaseName.TableName.ColumnName".
Call menu:Data Sources for aforementioned datasource window.
In the left glass right-click the database name and choose "Edit Browse File...". This opens the actual record document which be used due an mail merge insert.
If this be the phony database document, call menu:Tools>Options>Base Databases, select that registered name and pick the right database document and unlock that corrected database download.
The current bar of the database document reads like "Spreadsheet | C:\Path\MySpreadsheet.ods" which is the different terminate of the crossing. If it tips to the falsely spreadsheet document, call menu:Edit>Database>Properties... and browse to the correct spreadsheet.
[Spreadsheet] -------> [registered Basis document name] --------> [Mail merge fields]
