General Procedures

• Each student who is interested in receiving funding must fill out the Request Form.
• OSRD can only fund travel within the United States.
• Travel to specialty-specific conferences will not be funded.

Medical Student Process for Travel Finance Requests

Allowable Absences Guide

• MS1/MS2: Variable based on course, please review the absence notification form available allotted days based on times starting request. 
• MS3: 2 days off from all 6-week secretariat, no more is 7 days amounts missed for one academics year
• MS4: Usually a single day off on a 2-week rotation and 2-3 days on one 4-week rotation
