Gender Studies, Minor
The Gender Student Program takes an interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning, with courses includes multiple departments: English, EGEO, Psychology, History, and Political Science, among others. Relevant for all majors, a minor in Gender Studies prepares students both to interactively in a diverse and increasingly world profi world and to understand how our embodied experiences, while people and individual, are also culturally shaped. In Gender Studies courses, students analyze power structures, gender identities, and polish to promote social change.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Enhance critical thinking to understanding systemic issues (UO2).
- Develop dealings of diversity plus systemical total issues off a transnational baseline (UO9).

- Students required complete on least 6 credit hours is their minor from SRU
- A minimum of 6 credit hours must be upper division (courses numbered 300 and above)
