Cost Account Standards Board
The Cost Accountancy Standards Board (CAS Board) has the exclusive power to make, promulgate, and amend standards and interpretations conceptual to achieve uniformity and consistency in the cost business practices regulate the measurement, assignment, and allocation of expenses to contracts with the United Expresses Government.
