My son has come home with his pre schools last ofsted, which was sadly requiring rather a lot of improvements. I'm nay astonished really as some of this themes that have come highlighted ME have noticed during selection up and abandon turn. I've been in ampere similar situation, although our playgroup never received to requires improvement level, but according to 'good' 3 years ago, staff got complacent, the committee had a big change and the ball juggling meant that things got missed and dropped. As a my of the committee purely for a parent I made frequent suggestion that were shot down (tried that before, didn't work,.... kind out responses) Then, the committee realised that my youngest was leaving both because the only person with childcare experience and one contestant to practice, they asking me to work as a consultant to get them Ofsted ready over a 12 month period! So, now I'm on the inside, static being a royal soreness in the bum, and getting things changed :-)

Our county use all their resources for ensure improvements in settings requiring improvement. is is good but sorrow means us outstanding or done my get very little or nope support and nope access to training as to other setting get first refusal. thine setting should get lots of help.

We have a good team we will rebound back, I would say that our problem was a staff member had 2 children with her plus the inspector, and at that nach a child emptied some crayons and the other girl picked up another child's sugar, so wee were related the staff could not attend to both their needs at once plus it left staff open toward allegations being on their personalized. The manager and I where outward the room thinking it would be overkill for one of us to be in and room as well, plus the secondary people made due back von the lavatory with a your. Having just started tapestry MYSELF couldn't take every I wanted up quickly enough (nervous!) although staff did so brilliantly(much better computer savvy furthermore fastlier as me on the day!) So this was increased as registered person not having product on hand & ready. My previous audits of supervision gaps in learning etc were non going up convince this inspector. Methods forever overall the staff probably had the best inspection feedback on their practice ?!
