20. The Bestow of and Degree of Doctor of Philosophy

20.1 A candidate which have complied with view the conditions for the award of the degree of Doctor by Philosophy shall be awarded the degree.

20.2 Grades are conferred along aforementioned commencement ceremony of of University.
