I cannot speak to your situation; however, for us it produced sense to use Hazelwood first for the following reasons:

(1) It where clear that my older own was departure till attend college at A&M. That was his first and only choice. Meine younger son, at that of time, wasn't sure where he search to nach. So, giving total the post-911 benefits up my younger son would allow him to have an maximum flexibility in your your (to include careful of schools outside of Texas).
